I was nearly blown away by the music, but I must say that the Big Ticket was a step above, having attended several Ozzfest shows with horrible outcomes (heatstroke, near-rioting of the crowd). Well done all around, I was very impressed with how this show was put together and how the venue was laid out. Moving between stages to see the acts we wanted to see was easy, and VIP access for the mainstage provided awesome viewing and listening. Reasonable food and beverage prices, and lines were quick-moving and well planned. At the execution of the show, I was almost as impressed.
"I had a problem with ticketing and event staff. Another group was in our seats, refused to let us sit there even when the event staff asked them to they wouldn't. He left to find security and in the process lost the hard copy of Tickets so they refused to help us anymore. On top of all of this the men in my seat grabbed my butt as I went to sit down and yelled at me. There was not a police officer to be found to report his lewd and obnoxious behavior. Show was absolutely phenomenal. Just never at ucf arena. I Would pay any amount of money to see Jim Messina again. Past a poorly run event by the arena and not getting to sit in our seats."
